1. Pre-treatment equipment: The spray multi-station pre-treatment unit is a commonly used equipment for surface treatment. The principle is to use mechanical scouring to accelerate the chemical reaction to complete the process of degreasing, phosphating, and water washing.
2. Powder spraying system: It is recommended to use imported products for the key parts of the powder spraying system. The powder spraying room, electric mechanical elevator and other parts are all made in China.
3. Spray painting equipment: The production of paint spraying adopts an oil spray spray booth and a water curtain spray booth, which are widely used in the surface coating of bicycles, automobile leaf springs, and large loaders.
4. Oven: Oven is one of the important equipment in the coating production line, and its temperature uniformity is an important index to ensure the quality of the coating.
5. Heat source system: Hot air circulation is the most commonly used heating method at present. It uses the principle of convection conduction to heat the oven to achieve the drying and curing of the workpiece.
