Electrophoretic coating is a high-tech, high-demand, and highly decorative bottom layer anti-corrosion treatment process; electrophoretic coating is to make the paint particles separated in the electrophoretic solution migrate and deposit on one of the electrodes under the action of an external electric field. The surface of the workpiece forms a protective coating. Electrophoretic coating is an extremely complex electrochemical reaction process, including four processes: electrophoresis, electrodeposition, electroosmosis, and electrolysis.
Electrophoretic coating can be divided into anode electrophoresis (the object to be coated is anode, and the coating is anionic) and cathodic electrophoresis (the object to be coated is cathode, and the coating is cationic). According to the coating requirements, Jiangsu electrophoresis coating is further divided into High anti-corrosion primer electrophoresis in automobile, motorcycle, engineering machinery and other industries; decorative electrophoresis in hardware tools, stationery, sports goods, household metal products and other industries; high-performance electronic insulation electrophoresis in the electronic field.
